There is some evidence that intermittent fasting <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/1648-9144\/59\/8\/1453#:~:text=Different%20studies%20have%20shown%20that%20fasting%20reduces%20inflammation%20markers%2C%20and%20intermittent%20fasting%20decreases%20inflammatory%20markers%20such%20as%20IL%2D2%2C%20IL%2D6%2C%20and%20RCP.\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">can reduce markers of inflammation<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and possibly provide relief from autoimmune-related symptoms. There\u2019s also <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC10495574\/#:~:text=Intermittent%20fasting%20has%20been%20reported,et%20al.%2C%202021).\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">emerging evidence<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that intermittent fasting can improve gut health by promoting the balance of beneficial gut bacteria.
