AI is a technology that allows computers to perform tasks that essentially require human intelligence, such as recognizing patterns in data, making decisions, and learning from experience. AI technologies, such as<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/subjects\/machine-learning\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">machine learning<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (ML) and<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/topics\/biochemistry-genetics-and-molecular-biology\/natural-language-processing\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">natural language processing<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (NLP), can help researchers analyze large amounts of data, identify patterns, and gain new insights into the underlying mechanisms of thyroid conditions. While the use of AI in thyroid research is relatively new and has a couple of<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC9195598\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">challenges<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, it has proven to be incredibly useful with even possibly greater prospects.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This article explores the role of AI in thyroid health research, including its potential and applications in diagnosis, treatment, and the identification of new therapeutic targets.
